Do you have any World of Logs or WWS reports that show your raid performance? No

Explain your raid spec as best as you can. The Spec I currently use for raiding has been the same since I started ICC, I started doing better on mana regen because of gear so I could move a couple talents around, I got as many talents as I could while maintaining a good base spec that would increase any of my stats or overall increase my healing capability.

Give a list of the consumables, including numbers, that you think you should bring for a full 4 hour progression-based raid.Flask of Frost Wyrm,(4) or Flask of Pure Mojo(4) depending on the fight or circumstances. At a minimum during a raid I carry 20 Runic Mana Potions with me also. I sometimes carry fish feast(n/a) unless the guild is supplying them for the run.

What role do you see yourself filling, generally speaking? Feel free to elaborate on the obvious.I see myself filling a Raid Healing spot, I am competent at my class and overall the World of Warcraft and I see myself being a good addition to your solid team.

Please list your availability for each day of the week. We are an EAST COAST SERVER (EST) so please indicate your availability in that timezone. Please note that we raid 4 nights a week, typically from 7:30 - 11:30, sometimes going a little later. Making an average of 3 raids a week (75% attendance) is expected.

Sun: 10AM(Depending on Saturday end time) - 12PM
Mon: 3PM - 12PM
Tue: 3PM- 12PM
Wed: 3PM- 12PM
Thu: 3PM- 12PM
Fri: 3PM- Anytime
Sat: 10AM(Depending on Friday end time) - Anytime

Typically we do not take official breaks during raids. Instead, we encourage people to take time during trash to use the bathroom, get drinks or snacks, etc. Make your own breaks. That being said, do you have regular prior commitments during the 7:30 - 11:30 timeframe that may require you to take an extended break (Examples: Homework, Family Time, Dinner)? No, I normally get off at 12:00PM to finish homework etc, if I have a project or something else to do I plan ahead so that I do not interfere with my raid times. That being said I do not have to get off at 12PM but it is something I look for because I like to not sleep during class.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RAIDING

Regardless of Blizzard's paradigm when it comes to "Bring the person, not the class", there will always be times when we will need an alternate class or spec to fill a raid spot. Ocassionally, we will ask people to sit and/or switch specs for an encounter or even a night if we feel that we need to stack in our favor.

You are expected to show up on time and at the raid entrance to the best of your ability fully stocked, repaired, and read up on the fights we'll be attempting for the night. Not being ready in any of these departments may result in lower invite priority, lower loot priority, and a general disdain from your fellow guildies. We're a tightly knit guild: trust me, you don't want that.

We handle drops with a Loot Council. Loot is given out based on attendance, performance, attitude, and aptitude. As a new recruit, understand that you are lower on the list to receive loot and may not see drops sent your way until your trial period is over. What you earn is relative to what you put in for all of the above criteria.

Lastly, but certainly not least, we expect people to be reasonable in terms of behavior on vent and in game. This goes for anything as simple as being courteous to fellow guildies and keeping vent clear when needed to the more subtle aspects of being able to fess up to your own mistakes, actively taking criticism and taking responsibility for your own actions. We do not enforce age restrictions for our members, but you are expected to act and behave like an adult regardless.

***Please note that this subsection does NOT contain questions, but rather statements pertaining to our raid protocol. Feel free to respond however, if you have anything you'd like to comment on regarding these statements.***

MORE ABOUT YOU

What prompted you to apply to Midnight Train? I have seen numerous members in the cities with the Kingslayer Title, I am looking to kill the Lich King before any big nerfs come out, Also I have done VOA/TOC with some of your members and they consistently top the damage and healing meters (of their class). Playing with people that can progress and stay together and not cause drama is something I have been looking for, for a long time.

What guilds have you been in and what were your reasons for leaving? [H] - Priest *Clubfu* (Shadowsong) - This was the guild that I did all my TBC raiding with, The reason I left was I had some real life things come up and I took a break from wow for about a year.

[A] - Druid *Impulse* (Auchindon)- This guild was only together for a short ammount of time as the guild leader was 12 and I was not in the mood for having to lead the raid because he was to afraid to call people out on their faults.

Besides Clubfu and Impulse I have never been in a "Solid" guild, so I see no need for them to be posted here.

Do you have anyone in your previous guild(s) who can vouch for you? Nenoagain

Do you have anyone in Midnight Train who can vouch for you? No

Do you own the account that holds the character you wish to raid with? Yes

Is there anyone else who plays the account other than yourself? (If so, understand that actions taken by the character represent YOU regardless of who is playing at the time, and will reflect as such in regards to said behavior.)No

We're a guild built on open communications. We realize that when it's raid time, things can be said that are harsh and critical, but it's only to better the player and the guild as a whole, and not a direct attack. Are you able to take criticism with an open mind? If not, are you willing to learn? Yes I can, and im always willing to learn be it by criticism or my own research.

Post a screenshot of your UI. Please explain any hidden keybinds or macros you may have.http://screenshot.xfire.com/screenshot/natural/6beabf487fc40ed6197fd9b668b3094146b8141e.png

Hey Sprînklz!
Thanks for the app!
I'll leave the resto druid stuff to our experts, but here's a few questions in regards to healing:

1- Do you have any way to track/see your HoTs and other druids' HoTs on grid?

2- You did not provide us with a WoL/WWS parse so please explain, in a typical raid, what would your healing breakdown look like? For example x% Rejuv, x% Wild Growth, x% Nourish...

3- Do you click your forms? If so, do you feel that it is fast enough in a situation where you might need to shift into cat and dash away?

4- Why do you choose spirit over Tuskarr's on your boots?

5- Where do you get information about your class? A specific website? A certain player? Your own head?

I think that covers about everything that was on my mind. Thanks again,

1 - When I click on the player VIA grid/focus I can see their buffs(hots) on them, also when there are hots on a player I have grid set to show a box in the corner of that players frame. And it shows a +XX number EX: Tank had +40k heal in green over his name on grid. I am also pretty good at anticipating incoming damage whether it be on LDW from the incoming bolts I can use my focus frame to be casting a regrowth on her icebolt target as she casts it.

2 - I used WWS reports when I raided at 70, not at 80 since I have not been in a serious raiding guild unfortunately. http://screenshot.xfire.com/s/91309357-4.jpg - this was a SS of my twins healing, the percentage on rejuvenation is so high as I spammed it to keep healing going on everyone because of the constant damage everyone is taking.

http://screenshot.xfire.com/s/93818851-4.jpg - Healing done on Blood Queen, although there are no percentages that is an example.

And about the percentages, it fluctuates depending on the fights, if there is a lot of raid damage being dealt obviously my wild growth and rejuvenation will have higher percentages than say Nourish.

3 - No, I do not click my forms,(Except aquatic) I forgot to mention how I have them bound. Apologies. Tree = Shift + Mouse 5 ***Cheetah = Mouse 5***Cat = Mouse 4(With dash being key #1)***Bear = Shift+ Mouse 4***Aquatic = Click

4 - The reason I do this is because I do not find 15 stamina or a minor speed increase to be nearly as helpful as a bit of extra mana. Ex - Sindragosa - when pulled into the boss and aoe starts casting I am skilled enough to run away before I get hit, also same thing on TOGC I can run away from a charging ape just fine. And if I really must I can always switch into cat and dash.

Reason for spirit - Living Spirit - Increase total spirit by 15% - Increases the 18 spirit from 18 to 19.7 assuming I can do math correctly, also Improved Tree of life - 15% extra healing based on spirit.

5 - Usually I talk to someone that has had a lot of experience playing their druid and has shown to be a good player overall. Websites are usually one of the last places I look as I would rather have some ones custom spec or ways of playing over the average cookie cutter you will find on google. Also I do get a lot of things from my head, rather it be from my own logic or some one elses. If I have something wrong with the way I play/gem/enchant or anything and some one else has a way to make it better, than they can explain it to me and if it makes sense than I don't see a reason to not try it.

Thanks for the response.

EDIT - Was for app, I noticed that I put 1 meg connection, my connection is actually 7-8 megs, 1 meg is my average download speed.

On grid, do you just have the default green box that shows incoming heals or do you have a specific box for each spell?

Tuskarr's is all about the speed boost. For a damage class, it's a dps increase in 95% of the encounters in the game (any fight that requires you to move for longer than a GCD). For a healer, it will allow us to live in a situation when a split second slower might have caused our death (explosions, fire, shiny things). I don't think anyone should raid without it, especially for hardmodes.

Experienced players are definitely a good source of information and the best place to find them is on the web! Websites such as Elitist Jerks have a lot of guides and discussions for every class in the game. I agree that cookie cutter builds aren't always the best choice depending on playstyle and guild's current needs, but there are certain talents, glyphs and even addons that are required in a raid setting. Our resident resto druid is out of town right now, but hopefully there's someone knowledgeable enough who will jump in here to discuss your choices (*cough* chazz, frig, Q?).

p.s. How close are you to 4 piece tier 10? Have you ever had 4 piece tier 9? If so, what was your reasoning for dropping it before 4 piece tier 10?

I just have the default green box, I have not really looked into it to see that I can have separate boxes for separate hots.

I have not really experienced hard-modes, all I have done is first four bosses in ToGc10. I see where you are coming from, I am going change it now, thanks for the input.

I am currently 3/5 T10, one piece being T10.5 from VoA. I currently only have 5 Frost Badges and I am saved to 10 and 25 VOA so no chances of getting gloves this week.
Yes, I have had four piece t9, I found rejuvenation being able to crit was really nice, but the effectiveness of it is very minimal. I obviously have rejuvenation on tanks at all times(at least when they are taking damage). Most of the raid damage that comes out now with my spell power(which could be much higher) can be healed through with non-critical's from my rejuvenation. If the raid is taking to much damage for Wild Growth and Rejuvenation to heal through then I have nourish to compensate for that. And as for T10 four set bonus, My rejuvenation cost 446 Mana per cast, If I can get one to be free on a raid member, I cant really see why not.
